We treat all requests in the same way, no matter how you contact us. Once we&#8217;ve reviewed your request, we&#8217;ll contact you during surgery hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"APPOINTMENTS_TYPES_OF_APPOINTMENT_URGENT_ROUTINE_EVENING_HOME\">Types of appointment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer the following types of appointments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Routine appointment<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don&#8217;t need immediate help, please let us know when you request an appointment. This may be, for example, because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you&#8217;re due to have a health check-up or screening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you need a vaccination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your ailment is minor, or you&#8217;ve had it for a long time already<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where appropriate, we&#8217;ll arrange an appointment for you in the next two weeks. If you&#8217;ve asked to see a specific person, there may be a longer wait where they are fully booked or away.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-emergency-red-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-403b40d85045b367592ea24756efe4c8 is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Urgent appointment<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please tell us if you feel that you need an appointment urgently. We&#8217;ll review your request carefully. Where appropriate, we&#8217;ll offer you an appointment on the same working day, or the next day.
