Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Would you like to have a voice in helping shape the future of our practice?

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is made up of patients, carers, GPs and practice staff who work together to improve services and ensure that the views of our patient community are heard. PPGs are recognised across the NHS as an important way for patients to contribute ideas, provide feedback, and help practices develop services that meet the needs of local people.

As a member of our PPG, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss patient experience, suggest improvements, review practice initiatives, support health promotion activities, and help us better understand what matters most to our patients. Your input can make a real difference to how services are delivered and help ensure the practice continues to meet the needs of everyone in our community.

Why Join?

Whether you’re a regular visitor to the surgery or rarely need our services, your perspective is valuable. We are keen to recruit members from all ages, backgrounds, and communities so that our PPG reflects the diverse population we serve. No special knowledge or experience is required, just an interest in helping us improve healthcare for local patients.

Joining the PPG is a great way to:

  • Have your say on services and patient experience
  • Help shape future developments within the practice
  • Work collaboratively with practice staff and fellow patients
  • Support the health and wellbeing of the wider community
  • Ensure patients remain at the heart of everything we do

If you would like to become a member of our Patient Participation Group, we would love to hear from you. Together, we can help make our practice even better for everyone.
